Dave Finucane is co-founder and director of the Durham Jazz Workshop. He graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, and since he has been teaching in New York and the Triangle. Dave is currently on faculty at Duke University and UNC-CH teaching jazz improvisation and jazz saxophone. He performs extensively in the triangle and has led and been a sideman on 12 recordings.
